Panic attacks can be devastating. Carrying for a parent is so very hard. Glad you’re back with your camera! Sending thoughts and light your way

Photography is one of my lifelines, too. I think it teaches us to slow down and notice the details. There's something about the noticing itself that makes the nervous system recalibrate I think. It brings you directly into the present moment. Loved your thunderstorm clouds. Happy shooting. ❤️📸

I can sympathise about your father as in the last 4 months we lost my wife's father and both her brothers had major heart attacks requiring multiple bypass surgery.

Are your panic attacks linked to any particular situation or emotion?
